Pricing & Billing Questions
Key details regarding our billing structure, session allocations, and policy arrangements.
How does monthly tuition billing work?
Tuition is billed as a straightforward monthly fee. Under our draft tuition plans currently in review, fees are proposed at £139 per month for one weekly 1-hour session (equivalent to £32 per session), and £184 per month for two weekly 1-hour sessions (equivalent to £21 per session). Fees are collected monthly with no hidden administrative add-ons.
How many sessions does each monthly fee include?
Pending ConfirmationOur tuition plans are based on weekly 1-hour lessons during the academic term. We are currently finalising whether monthly billing operates on a fixed 4-session monthly cycle or equalised termly instalments spread across the year. The exact session calendar will be published once confirmed.
Can the Two Weekly Sessions plan cover two different subjects?
Pending ConfirmationThe Two Weekly Sessions plan provides 2 hours of specialist tuition per week (two 1-hour sessions). We are currently confirming whether families can allocate these two weekly sessions across two separate subjects (e.g., 1 hour Maths + 1 hour Science) or if it applies solely to intensive support in one subject. Please enquire and our academic team will advise.
Does tuition continue during school holidays?
Pending ConfirmationOur primary tuition cohorts follow the Surrey school academic calendar (Autumn, Spring, and Summer terms). Whether standard weekly classes pause during half-terms and holidays, or continue with dedicated holiday revision masterclasses, is currently being finalised for the upcoming calendar.
Is there a registration fee or minimum commitment period?
Pending ConfirmationThe initial 45-minute diagnostic assessment is completely free (£0) with zero obligation to enrol. Formal terms regarding registration fees, minimum commitment periods (e.g. rolling monthly vs termly), and cancellation notice requirements are currently being formalised before live launch.
What happens if a student misses a lesson?
Pending ConfirmationBecause all classes are strictly capped at eight students to maintain high teacher interaction, places cannot be reallocated on short notice. Our policy regarding make-up classes, provision of lesson materials, or credit arrangements for unavoidable absences is currently being finalised.
Do you offer sibling or multi-subject discounts?
Pending ConfirmationWe understand that many families require support for siblings or across multiple GCSE subjects. Potential multi-subject or sibling discount structures are currently under business review and will be confirmed alongside our final fee schedule.
What is the applicable VAT and tax treatment?
Pending ConfirmationEducation and private tuition in the UK operate under specific HMRC VAT guidelines. All published fees will explicitly state their tax status once the financial schedule is formally approved.
