1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Surrey GCSE Academy’s tuition services and website. By enrolling or making an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Surrey GCSE Academy provides small-group GCSE tuition in Maths, English and Science, delivered by subject-specialist teachers. Classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a place is confirmed in writing.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment is subject to: completion of an initial assessment, availability of a suitable class group and receipt of any applicable enrolment fee or deposit. A place is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation.

4. Fees and payment

Full pricing details will be confirmed prior to enrolment. Fees are payable in advance as specified at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to review fees at the start of each academic term.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation policy will be provided in your enrolment documentation. In general, we require reasonable notice for lesson cancellations. Missed lessons due to student absence cannot be guaranteed to be rescheduled but we will use reasonable endeavours to offer alternatives where possible.

6. Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers and fellow students. GCSE Academy reserves the right to withdraw a student from a class if their behaviour is persistently disruptive. In such circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

Surrey GCSE Academy provides tuition support and cannot guarantee specific examination results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant period of tuition.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
